ZT Design (“we”, “us”) is a design studio based in Payson, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through zt.design, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected] or (801) 877-1575.

Information you give us

When you submit a contact, quote, or project form we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, business name, preferred contact method, project type, and any files or messages you attach. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver the work you request. We do not sell or rent this information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. This is collected through Google Analytics (via Site Kit) and Jetpack Stats using cookies and similar technologies. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics (above), to remember form progress, and to run optional pop-ups and newsletter sign-ups (OptinMonster, Mailchimp). Disabling cookies may limit some features but the site will still work.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run this site, each governed by its own privacy policy: Bluehost (hosting and content delivery), Google (Analytics, fonts, reCAPTCHA where used), Automattic / Jetpack (security, statistics, image delivery), WPForms (form processing), Mailchimp (newsletter, only if you subscribe), and embedded media from YouTube or Vimeo. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you had visited that website directly.

How long we keep information

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting project, then for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default retention settings. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific privacy laws (for example the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), those rights apply to you and we will honour them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and protected by server-side security monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as passwords or payment card numbers) through our forms.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
